One thing I really love about Michaels is their arts and craft classes, but hardly anyone knows about them! Whether you're a kid or an adult, there are always monthly opportunities available at your local Michaels for some creative fun.
I discovered this program around 3 years ago and it's now a Saturday tradition for my mom and I. There are two types of classes: the Kids Club and Make Break. The Make Break program has projects geared more towards adults, like holiday wreaths, decorative items and more. I've actually been to so many classes, I now have a wreath for almost every occasion!
Another thing I love about these classes are how cheap they are. For example, the most recent class I attended was a spring wreath. All you had to do was purchase the wreath and Michaels included the flowers and ribbon at the class to decorate it with. Using a 40% off coupon, I paid only $3.20 for my wreath. I also used a different coupon to purchase a few additional items in the store that I wanted to include on my wreath.
Michaels offers monthly classes and sometimes multiple ones throughout the month, especially if the month includes a holiday. To check out what's going on at your local store, click here!
